1. Data Controller
The Operator has created a database of audio streams, bundled audio content, music titles, links and editorial content as well as software with a user interface that enables the User to access the database using search functions and graphic displays.
2. Personal Data
Personal data are any information concerning the personal or material circumstances of an identified or identifiable individual such as name, address, postal address, e-mail address, phone number and IP-address. We only store your mailaddress and IP address.
3. Audio Service
While you are using our audio service we will automatically save information to our server log files, which is transmitted to us by your browser. This information includes the type of browser, the IP-address, your current radio station request, as well as the date and time of each action. These data are saved for statistical purposes. We do not use this information to create a personal profile.
4. Login/Register
Some of our services (e.g. payouts or saving your favorites) require prior registration and login. In the course of registration we collect and store the following personal data: a user name selected by you, your e-mail address, your payout wallet address and a password.
5. Profile
As a registered user you are able to create your favorite list of radio stations, which can be retrieved via your profile to quickly access your favorite radio stations. You can change or delete this information as well as the list of favorites in your profile at any time. You have also the possibility to delete your account. All data will be deleted. 6. Support Function
If you require support, you may directly request it by clicking on the link “Contact” from the footer. To answer your question we require your e-mail address. We will use the e-mail address given to us.

Email Address, Username and Password
Your email address, username and password are collected at the point of signup when you create an account. As far as Personal Data is concerned, these 3 are the most "personal" pieces of data that we collect from you. These are required to be collected in order to allow you to operate your account on our website.
Internet Protocol Address (IP)
Your IP address is a piece of Personal Data which, when combined with the correct authority and access to your Internet Service Provider, can be used as an identifiable piece of data. Oh, but do not worry! We don't have the authority to request such data from your ISP, but we are obligated to let you know that we collect it.Most actions that you perform on our website will result in us logging the IP address that performed the action.
Forum Posts, Chatbox Messages, Support Tickets & News Comments
When you make use of these services you provide us with data which is potentially personally identifiable. This is done at your own discretion and is not a required part of using our services. We also do not know exactly what is and what is not personally identifable in the text that you choose to share, so we politely request that you do not post anything which you believe can be used to personally identify you as an individual. Is any of my data being sold?
Absolutely not, and we don't ever plan to do it! However, as part of the Premium Subscription we allow the Faucet List to be accessed and used via an API. This data does contain the name of your faucets and your username, along with non-identifiable information and generated statistics about your faucet owner's website or app activity on our platform.
What control do I have over my personal data?
At this time, you can control your collected Personal Data and opt-out of collection by deleting your account. Please login into your Account. On your profile Page you are able to delete your account. All data will be deleted.Further Information
